An Estey-Hoover Case History

Golden West (Mobile) Homes

Corporate and Division public/community relations were handled in all major media between Golden West and consumers, government zoning authorities, 150 member dealer organization, the industry association, and nonprofit charitable organizations. Estey-Hoover created the nationally award winning public relations campaign called "The Family Circle Good Value Home." The campaign resulted in seven pages of editorial coverage in Family Circle magazine and numerous other national and local publications. The Agency also created the "50,000th home promotion". This resulted in a free housing facility for the Jasper Mountain Center for Abused Children in Jasper, Oregon. The effort achieved extensive press, involved political figures, numerous charities in three western states and leaders of charitable foundations.
